RoamReady currently has two homes available. A 500 sq. ft. studio with access to a large back yard - perfect for a single occupant. There is also a 815 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bath single family home with large front garden access. Both homes are located on the same parcel and are both rented out to traveling professionals.

Yes, utilities are included for both the garden studio and 2 bedroom bungalow. Utilities include water, gas, electric, trash, landscaping and wifi.

The 2 bedroom bungalow has a washer and dryer but the garden studio currently does not. There is a laundry mat down the street if tenants wish to take their laundry there.

Yes, pets are allowed in both homes. There is a $500 pet deposit for the studio and a $1000 pet deposit for the bungalow.

Yes, both the front and back yards are both enclosed.

Yes. The minimum stay for both homes is at least 31 days.

The homes are approximately 1.9 miles away from UCD Medical Center.

Yes, there is ample parking at the homes are located on a corner property near a park.

Yes, the homes are set up with Ring security cameras for your safety.
